International Airfare Protection

Every Earth Explorers expedition includes an international airfare allowance based on average economy-class fares from select major international departure gateways at the time the itinerary is published.

This airfare allowance is included in your package price. If the actual airfare at the time of ticketing exceeds the included allowance due to seasonal demand, airline fare increases, limited seat availability, changes in departure city, or traveler-requested itinerary modifications, the traveler will be responsible for paying the fare difference before airline tickets are issued.

If the actual airfare is less than the included allowance, any applicable savings may be reflected in the final invoice or applied toward eligible travel services, at the discretion of Earth Explorers Inc.

Guests wishing to travel in Premium Economy, Business Class, or First Class may upgrade by paying the applicable fare difference.
