After breakfast, depart Nairobi and travel west toward the legendary Masai Mara National Reserve.

The journey takes you through the scenic Great Rift Valley, offering beautiful views of the dramatic escarpment and surrounding countryside.

Continue toward the Masai Mara, arriving in time for lunch and check-in at your accommodation.

In the afternoon, head out for your first game drive across the Mara’s famous savannah plains. Watch for lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas and, with luck, cheetahs and leopards.

Return to your accommodation in the evening for dinner and overnight.

In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive through the park, famous for its endangered black and white rhinos and Rothschild’s giraffes.

Keep an eye out for leopards, buffaloes, zebras, waterbuck and other wildlife. Depending on seasonal water conditions, you may also encounter flamingos along the lake.
